1. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide excellent service to our clients. If you have scheduled a site visit with our architect but need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or emergencies, that prevent us from conducting the site visit as scheduled, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
3. Once the site visit has been conducted, refunds will not be issued.
4. Please note that any expenses incurred by the architect during the site visit, such as travel expenses or materials, will be deducted from the refund amount.
